These one-of-a-kind works are designed to bring a reflection of nature into your home.  
 
Each piece is crafted, glazed and fired by hand.

Made with love and porcelain clay fired to vitrification (non-porous) in the soda kiln.

    Shipping fees are included in the price of the work for the Continental United States.

    Return Policy

    Thank you for supporting handmade ceramic art. Each piece is crafted with care, and I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please review the return policy below:

    Returns & Exchanges

    Because each item is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, returns are generally not accepted. However, I want you to feel confident in your purchase, so exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for the following:

    -Items damaged during shipping
    -Incorrect item received
     

    If you believe your situation qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

    Damaged Items

    If your order arrives damaged:

    • Contact me at marygerman.ceramics@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
       

    • Include clear photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label.
       

    • I will offer a replacement if available, a store credit, or a refund.
       

    Please do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved.

    Non-Returnable Items

    -Custom or commissioned pieces
    -Sale or discounted items
    -Items returned without prior contact
     

    Cancellations

    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item has not yet shipped.

    Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to my error (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged in transit). Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
