Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, returns are generally not accepted. However, I want you to feel confident in your purchase, so exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for the following:

Items damaged during shipping

Incorrect item received
If you believe your situation qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact me at marygerman.ceramics@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

Include clear photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label.

I will offer a replacement if available, a store credit, or a refund.
Please do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item has not yet shipped.
